This spring, 14 dedicated members of the Chicago Fire Department will ride their bikes from Los Angeles, California to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, a journey we named “Coast 2 Coast 4 a Cure”, to support pediatric cancer research through the work of the Henry Schueler 41 & 9 Foundation. While this will be the first time we will ride coast to coast, long bike treks are not new to Ignite the Spirit. Over the past two years, our multi-day bike rides have raised over $120,000 for the 41 & 9 Foundation and Ignite the Spirit is proud to be a part of this worthwhile cause.
